SMS Terms & Conditions
Program description
North Shore Towing ("we", "us") sends text messages to customers, property owners and managers, and vehicle owners who have asked to receive them. These are service messages, not marketing. They include:
- Links to forms you requested, such as our private property towing authorization form;
- Updates about a tow or roadside service you requested;
- Information about an impounded vehicle and how to have it released;
- Impound auction information, when you ask for it.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and asking us to text you, usually during a phone call to our office at 360-275-6586. Before we send the first message, our staff confirm that you agree to receive texts at that number, and we keep a record of your consent.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. If you'd rather not get texts, we can help you by phone or email instead.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your request, typically a few messages per tow, form, or vehicle.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You can also call us at 360-275-6586 and ask to be removed.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, or call us at 360-275-6586.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
